I teach Hatha style of yoga incorporating breathing techniques and relaxation.
My classes focus on breathe and movement working as one, the poses are strong, yet adaptable for all abilities.
I use props such as blocks, bricks, straps and chairs if needed.
I am a Fully Qualified BWY Yoga teacher
