A variety of classes and styles taught but mainly concentrating on Classical Hatha Yoga, with strong emphasis on correct methods and techniques. Dave has completed a 500 Hr BWY Yoga teaching certificate, a P.G.C.E. and is qualified to train yoga teachers.
