Vanessa Jarrad Yoga

I’m a yoga teacher, full-time media agency director, and passionate believer in the power of movement to change lives. I trained in beautiful Bali, where I fell even deeper in love with yoga as a way to bring the mind and body into true connection. I live here in Marlow and feel so grateful to be part of this amazing community. I’m passionate about giving back and creating spaces where people of all levels can slow down and reconnect. I offer in-person classes in Marlow and also sessions online.
