I offer a range of classes including pregnancy yoga in the Busby/Clarkston area in Glasgow’s Southside.
Classes take place at the beautiful Dance Inc Studios in Busby.
Sunday 9.30am – 10.30am Energising, Ashtanga inspired class suitable for all
Sunday 10.45am – 12pm Yoga for Pregnancy
Wednesday 8pm – 9pm – Gentle Flow, with a focus on relieving the stress and postural strains of the working day.
