I have been practising Iyengar Yoga since 1998 and trained with advanced level teacher Jayne Orton at the Institute of Iyengar Yoga in Birmingham gaining my level 1 & 2 teaching certificate in 2004.
I have attended classes with the Iyengars in Pune, India and have studied under many senior teachers from the UK and abroad. I continue my professional development at classes at Yoga West in Bristol.
