I’m Chantelle, 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher qualified. I love using the skills I have learned in my teacher training to spread the love and benefits of yoga to all in a safe and welcoming environment. With a passion for yoga therapy and promoting the healing aspects of yoga to all by bringing balance and grounding to both a group and one to one practice to promote individual personal progression.
