I offer weekly dynamic yoga classes in Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent. In class we explore sun salutations, standing, seated and laying postures. All classes offer modifications and props and are welcome to all abilities. I also offer private classes and corporate Yoga and wellbeing sessions. I deliver yoga in schools for Primary and Secondary aged children. I host monthly Yoga and Sound bowl workshops in Bearsted. I also offer online pre recorded classes for those who prefer to practice at home. Please email me for more details.
