With a team of highly qualified teachers & practitioners, it unites diverse yet authentic, genuine yoga practices and holistic therapies, bringing their unique qualities all under one roof.
Owner and founder Ceri Lee is a yoga teacher, who has worked professionally since 2001, specialising in Hatha Yoga, the breath, and postural alignment with particular interest in midlife women’s health. Over twenty five years experience of yoga has shown that it is a powerful tool for strengthening and healing the body and mind, and can be accessible to all. Ceri is committed to ensuring that everyone who steps foot into the Yoga Light Centre, either to work with her directly or with a member of the YLC team, receive a warm welcome and professional treatment according to their specific need or requirement.
