It is ideal for anyone who wishes to develop healthier movement, cultivate a stronger mind-body relationship and to live with greater health and wellbeing. The practices are modifiable and especially suit those with aches or pain, individuals post injury/ illness and those new to yoga.
I have over 20 years Neurological Physiotherapy experience combined with 10 years of teaching Yoga. I have a range of classes, some are specific to people living with a condition such as MS or Parkinson’s and some are open and accessible for all.

Lin’s classes are brilliant! She can bring her attention to individual issues that each participant may be having whilst managing the whole class with ease. I have lower back pain that can be exceptionally painful and I always notice if I am not taking Lin’s classes regularly. The gentle poses and expert instruction help stretch and soothe my back making me ready to face another week , sometimes completely pain-free. Lin generally winds down the class with a gentle guided meditation which takes away the stresses of the day. I wouldn’t miss my Tuesday evening sessions for the world!
I have been attending Lin’s Yoga weekly practice for sometime, and feel this has become beneficial with my condition of multiple sclerosis. Lin helps the whole group to work on individual areas and encourages, in a friendly manner, as much effort as possible in a safe and controlled environment. I have definitely seen improvements in myself by practising stretching, balance movements, posture by sitting or standing up tall and being mindful of breathing. My confidence has improved with walking and also my stamina to keep moving. I always look forward to Lin’s class knowing that her professionalism and expertise will help me as much as possible, and I truly recommend Lin’s classes.
I’ve been attending Lin’s classes for almost a year and have noticed a marked improvement in my stamina and resistance to stress. Her classes have also made me much more mindful of my breathing and posture. Lin’s background in physiotherapy means I always feel I am in safe hands and she provides lots of individual attention/ feedback to make sure we each get the most benefit from each practice. I also appreciate Lin’s patience and her ability to always give clear instructions. Lin has a great sense of humour and there is a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Classes would be suitable for people new to yoga, as well as those with some experience:, the pace is gentle and the asana achievable but often subtly ’stretch’ your capabilities. I always look forward to my weekly ‘re-set.’ I warmly recommend Lin’s classes.
