Yoga literally means “union†in Sanskrit. “Ha” means sun and “Tha” means moon, Hatha yoga brings seemingly separate entities together to create a whole. The aim of a hatha yoga to the mind, body and spirit into union and balance.
Practicing Hatha yoga will you give great benefits such as greater strength, more flexibility, improved balance and co-ordination as well as vitality. Yoga is a great accompaniment to other activities such as running, cycling and climbing.
I have been practicing yoga for many years and I am member teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) having gained the BWYQ Level 4 diploma (a 500+ hours course) recognised by Ofqual and the world over as the bench mark in yoga teaching. I am also a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Professionals).
I currently teach two classes at the Castle Climbing Centre,N4 2HA on Tuesday evenings (Beginners 7pm-8.30pm and Intermediate 8.15pm-9.30pm),
