Welcome to Yoga with Bev!
I am a Yoga Alliance 200 hour qualified yoga teacher and a qualified physiotherapist.
I run classes at the wonderful Yoga Shed in Wickham, Hampshire, a purpose built tranquil space. Mats and all props available.
Gentle hatha flow yoga class with a variety of poses and pranyama.
Tuesday evenings 8.30pm to 9.30pm. £9 drop in. £45 for 6 sessions (to be used within 2 months).
