Chair based exercise with Yoga: Gentle Years Yoga
Tuesdays 10-11am United Reformed Church, Fairland Hill, NR18 0AW.
A small group suitable for older adults and those recovering from injury. Improves co-ordination, strength, flexibility and ability to stand, please contact the provider as usually a waiting list for chair yoga.
Sound Baths:
Various locations around Wymondham and Bradenham, Norfolk, provided individually and in collaboration with another qualified sound practitioner.
