An incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, I use my skills as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving examples to imagine, corrections that work & the confidence to fall or fly.
Yoga accreditations include: 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training (with Claire Missingham); Teen Yoga & Mindfulness Training (with Charlotta Martinus, TeenYoga UK); Sivananda Pregnancy Teacher Training (with Sivanada Yoga London). Part of my continuing professional development, includes training & countless workshops with professional dance companies & international teachers of Yoga; Postural Alignment Professional Development & healing therapies such as Shiatsu, holistic movement therapies including Feldenkrais, Franklin Method, Releasing Techniques and Pilates.
The yoga classes I teach, generally are Vinyasa Flow. I’ve learnt & practiced Iyengar, Dynamic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda methods. Inspiration from my own practice and the teachings I receive, deeply and continuously informs my teaching.
