Advanced Individual Yoga121 incorporates all aspects of Yoga Teaching in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. Penelope is a competent and highly qualified Yoga Teacher who will guide the student in whatever area she or he would like to study. This method of teaching the student really deepens their understanding of the full meaning of Yoga.
Yoga 121 is now being offered on Skype and Facetime so that all students have the opportunity of studying at the time which is suitable for them without travelling great distances or not being able to find the class to suit them.
Group classes are held once a month and workshops in East Sussex are also available throughout the year.
