I teach yoga in Hersham, Weybridge, Walton and the local area. My classes focus on building strength and improving flexibility, based on sound alignment principals.  I’m passionate about helping people deal with stress and love teach Restorative yoga.  Classes are suitable for all levels and I also teach one-to-one private classes.
