I have been practising yoga since 1987. I have been teaching for nine years. I am a BWY teacher ( level 4 Diploma).
I teach gentle Hatha Yoga classes. I also offer private and one to one classes. I am a registered Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs teacher and I also teach Pregnancy yoga.
