I am friendly male yoga teacher, running classes on the Wirral for those new to yoga, those experienced in yoga, and those who have been away and want to return ! I try to make the classes inclusive and accessible and have vinyasa yoga classes, as well as classes for improvers, and I also run short beginner’s courses for those completely new but who want to try.
