Studio 22:7 offers yoga classes, mixed YUyoga and Men only GUYoga. I offer small classes to guarantee that 1:1 feeling and also the chance to be taught! I teach a range of styles to support each individuals needs and therefore you can see the results far quicker, not only on the mat but in everyday life.
I am qualified with Fierce Grace Yoga and Yoga for Athletes (Sarah Ramsden- Ryan Giggs’ yoga teacher)
I am also currently running BootyBarre classes, this is a fitness class using Yoga, Dance and Pilates to offer a full body workout.
