I teach yoga from the heart, in tune with my students’ needs and energy levels. My classes take place at the Heaton Acupuncture Clinic, near the historic centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, at a cosy, friendly studio that accommodates up to 12 students, so that you will always get the individual attention you deserve.
I’m passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and helping students find meaning and calm in a busy, fast world. I also love holding space for pregnant women to stay fit and healthy, physically and mentally and prepare for the biggest change in their life. I make sure that every one of my students feels nurtured and cared for, super chilled or buzzing with energy!

Having attended Canny Yoga classes in Newcastle for several months I can recommend them to everyone.
I attend ones for the over 55yrs. They keep my muscles flexible create a sense of well being and consequently ,I feel, knock a few years off the ageing process.!
