Joined Debs beginners class a few months ago, not really sure what to expect and I loved it. Felt fully supportive from the beginning, varied routines which suits ability of class but Deb is able to pitch it just right to feel comfortable but that

Great class at Warkworth. Deb works through the different positions at an appropriate pace for a beginners class. Makes each week varied. Very supportive and friendly
Visiting the area and had a wonderful yoga session with Deb on Wednesday morning. Class pitched at right level for my ability. Really welcoming, supportive and friendly environment. Would highly recommend and certainly will be back if I am in the area!
I have been attending Deb’s classes for a few years now. They are varied enough to keep my interest and there is plenty of opportunity to practice all the postures.

Deb’s varied and flowing routines have brought me back to yoga after several years absence. I am loving the regular classes online which work well on Zoom and leave me feeling energised and relaxed every time. we had 3 amazing yoga classes as a group with Deb on the beach at Seahouses…. a wonderful, strong and intuitive teacher… a beautiful way to start the day…will definitely be going back for more next year….
