I began Gymnastics when I was 11 and this was something I really enjoyed. I started yoga at 17 years old and have never stopped till now, I have studied from UK to India, Thailand, Hong Kong and Nepal etc. yoga for me is not a choice it’s a part of my life like eating and breathing. Yoga changed my life it turned my life around in fact and made me very strong and positive person and capable of getting through any challenges in life and believing in life being such a great thing and how blessed we all are.

I have been going to the hot yoga class by Gemma, all I can say is it’s great, every one gets a great work out and I always feel great after it.
I have been going to my yoga class with Gemma for over one month now, Gemma gives a full work out in her studio, she has her own style of hot yoga, I love it !!
