The Yoga Soldier

David Browning is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with 30 years experience of practising yoga.  It started when David was a child – he would practice yoga with his mum and realised he found it enjoyable and calming. He then followed a military career path and found his yoga practice would help him remain focused at troubled times. David was encouraged to train to be a yoga teacher by another local teacher and has undertaken the four year diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. He now runs weekly classes in Minehead for all abilities.
David is also qualified to teach children’s yoga and aerial yoga.  Please contact him for further details or to book a class.
