Pregnancy Yoga
This class taught by a British Wheel of Yoga teacher offers women the chance to connect with their unborn baby, establish a sense of well-being and learn breathing techniques and postures to help support their body and mind during pregnancy, labour and birth. There will also be the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and deep rest and relaxation.
Mondays 7:15-8:30pm
