My name is Jo, I have practised various styles of yoga for over 10 years and have over 9 years teaching experience in group exercise in and around the Milton Keynes area, including Body Balance & Yoga.

I am currently a British Wheel of Yoga student teacher studying for my level 4 diploma, I feel passionately that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or bank balance.

Having taught only in gyms over the years I’m now looking to offer some community classes to everyone.

I offer Hatha yoga with vinyasa flow, ALL levels from beginners to advanced catered for.
