Yoga Me Happy

Hatha yoga classes for Londoners wanting to relieve the stresses and strains of London life. It’s a great way of keeping body and mind, relaxed, balanced and above all… happy!

I teach at Premier Fitness Club, just outside Finsbury Park tube station and various locations in Walthamstow. The classes are 1hr-1.25hrs and consist of warm up, asanas and guided relaxation to prepare you for the day ahead or unwind from work.
