Diana Reynolds Yoga

Hatha yoga classes for beginners and improvers.

We practise different poses each week and the classes have a balance of asanas (yoga poses), breathing practices, relaxation and some meditation.

You are very welcome to come and try a class if you have never done yoga before and want to see if you like it.
