About Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
It’s no secret that yoga and focused breath and deep relaxation can be one of the best things you can do to relieve stress and anxiety. My classes will enable you to strengthen , stretch and tone your body and relax the mind.
Classes held every Monday and Wednesday early evening at Quay place, Ipswich. Small classes max 7 . Beginners welcome and mats provided.
I also run workshops in Pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing .
