A class aimed towards those with little or no yoga experience, but more experienced practitioners looking for a refresher are also welcome. The class is a general Hatha Yoga class.

Before attending your first class you must provide a completed health questionnaire so I can understand your individual needs in the class – read more.
£7 per class, or £30 for 5 classes.

One-to-One tuition at a location convenient to you (restrictions apply).
The session will be tailored to your needs, whether that is to help deal with an injury, gain a deeper understanding or to simply help you progress your practice.
Prices start from £40 per session – please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
