Roundhouse Hatha

New regular Yoga class in Borough!

Located at the Roundhouse, just off Great Dover Street (entrance at Cardinal Bourne Street), this a weekly class taught on SUNDAYS from 6:00 – 7:15pm by a trained Sivananda teacher.

The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students, and is ideal for those with no previous knowledge of yoga, or those that have a practice and want to deepen it. This is a non-competitive, relaxed environment where you can come to leave the stress of the week behind and focus within. All ages welcome.

Sivananda yoga follows a sequence of twelve traditional asanas (postures), preceded by breathing exercises, and with relaxtion in between postures.
