The Yoga Studio

The Yoga Studio is the only studio dedicated specifically for yoga in Newry, Co. Down.

The Yoga Studio has brought together a dedicated team of highly qualified tutors enabling us to offer a wide range of yoga styles and classes as well as Yoga for Pregnancy, Pilates, Tai Chi and other disciplines. Our classes are relatively small so that Individual attention and safety are assured.

The Yoga Studio hosts a range of workshops and seminars on yoga and related topics, often with international guests tutors.

The Studio runs a number of professional yoga training programmes, including The Yoga Foundation Course (which can now be part undertaken through E-Leaning), Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth and Remedial Yoga for Health and Social Care.
