About Yoga

This is a gentle yet very strengthening class that offers fewer poses with their different modifications and variations to be able to help practitioners to experience the benefits of each pose on different levels.
Each class begins with some inspirational reading so that it's easier to get grounded and draw the awareness inward. At the end of each class, there are some breathing exercises (as well as simple Pranayama techniques) and a final rest position Shavasana.
