Hello and welcome!

I am a ‘Yoga Alliance’ certified instructor based in Bath. I offer Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (mindful breathing techniques) to students from complete beginners up to intermediates. ​I teach both groups and private clients.

Currently, I teach at Bath Sports & Leisure Centre every Saturday and Sunday at 11.15am (1 hour). I also teach privately. Please check all my classes and packages on Yoga Trail: tiny.cc/yogatrail-sossi
