I was taught the art of holistic yoga by my grandfather, and have carried on this practice ever since with passionate devotion. Over more than 20 years i have developed and taught a set of simple dynamic yoga routines as well as mind-body relaxation and self-management strategies to help you gain calmness, clarity and composure as well as renewed energy and improved physical health.
