Yoga with Saeed offers more than the normal benefits of physical yoga.
I offer more possiblilities for stress relief in our day to day life as well as a way to manage our feelings and emotions.

You will learn to feel relaxed, energised and productive through my technique of breath awareness and self-reflection.

I was taught the art of holistic yoga by my grandfather, and have carried on this practice ever since with passionate devotion. Over more than 20 years i have developed and taught a set of simple dynamic yoga routines as well as mind-body relaxation and self-management strategies to help you gain calmness, clarity and composure as well as renewed energy and improved physical health.

Having attended Saeeds classes for over four years, I can recommend him as an extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and inspiring teacher, who combines so many aspects of yoga into his classes…Not only will you feel that you have had a good stretch and work-out but you will leave the class feeling relaxed, more positive and free in your mind. My general well-being and happiness has increased since I started Yoga with Saeed and I am able to bring this into my everyday life..
