Having overcome many mental symptoms that have plagued life in the last 20 years. My own practice has inspired a deep Inner Yoga, enabling an in depth Alliance with current neuro-psychological aspects.

Your potential teacher has been practicing for over 12yrs. For the last 6 years an accredited teaching ..over 500hrs training/ British Wheel Teacher. Many cover classes taught and some for local gym’s. One apt student has gone on to become an inner yoga trust teacher herself. Own practice continues every-day.
