About Tracy N’Jie Yoga
Yoga is non competitive and is about working to your own abilities, so all my classes are general level and suitable for any age or fitness. Classes are taught in a relaxed atmosphere where we can all enjoy yoga together and I encourage everyone to work to their own level by offering alternatives and modifications to postures. As well as the physical benefits such as increased strength and stamina, improved muscle tone, suppleness and posture, yoga also builds concentration, helps reduce stress and promotes relaxation. Each class combines posture work and breathing techniques with some relaxation and meditation at the end of the session.
