Anni offers classes on both a private 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis, as well as group classes.

Her joy comes from the use of yoga as a therapeutic service to support positive physical, mental and emotional health.

If you have wanted to participate in a yoga class but have concerns that you may not have the flexibility, energy, speed or even the health for it, then these private classes are for you! Perhaps you simply wish to find an hour a week to make yourself a priority, in which case a group class would be the perfect way to hit pause and tend to you. Come exactly as you are and let the class meet you there.
