Yoga with Nika

My approach to teaching yoga focuses on the student and their current need, state of mind and/or their physical preferences.

In my classes I place emphasis on correct alignment and stable foundation within each pose, smart sequencing, mindful movement, and breath integration. The aim is for students to leave the class feeling positive, energized yet relaxed, and having fun along the way is always a bonus.
