Yoga is for every body, and if you’re not flexible then it’s definitely for you!
I know that it can be intimidating, but it shouldn’t be. My classes are designed for you, for where you’re at today, whether that’s your first class or your 100th. Focusing on flexibility, relaxation, balance and strength, the positive effects of yoga practice on the body and mind can leave you feeling calm, centred and really in touch with your body and your true self.
I mainly teach a Vinyasa flow style class with an emphasis on restorative practice. I offer alternatives and progressions in all classes so that everyone is able to enjoy their practice at their own pace.
