Gentle Yoga with Lynn
Tuesday Evening – 7pm till 8.15pm
Gentle Hatha Yoga postures followed by Pranayama (Breath Work) and a Relaxation to finish.
Pranayama is control of the breath which therefore helps us control the mind. Therefore Hatha Yoga (postures) is just the tip of the iceberg and YOGA is much more than just postures.
In my weekly class at Frodsham Youth Association you are able to experience traditional Yoga. No headstands needed for this class. You will feel the benefits instantly.
The Yoga classes I teach are for all abilities, Yoga is not a physical exercise but a holistic approach to self regulating the system and bringing a state of balance to the Mind, Body and Soul.
Cost £7.50 Per class. Or £40 for a block of 6 sessions. Pre – booking essential places are limited.
