Adult Yoga classes – Hatha Yoga with Anusara elements, Anusara is a joyful yoga focusing on wonderful alignment principles to help a safe practice and heart opening to empower and uplift.

Pregnancy Yoga classes – Classes are a place to come to relax, unwind, meet other pregnant ladies and to learn how to use yoga both to bring strength and stamina to the body but also the mind, in preparation for labour, birth and motherhood.

Mum and Baby Yoga Classes- Gentle, fun, yoga movement and relaxation classes for babies, their mums (or dads/carers).  Classes help new mums stretch, and tone and rejuvenate.  Yoga is adapted to suit all levels and experience of yoga and postnatal health.

I aim for classes to be supportive of each student as an individual, a balance of energising and relaxing through yoga poses, breath and meditation techniques and above all fun!

I’ve only been going to the classes for a few weeks, but can already feel the benefits – for my posture, fitness and relaxation levels! I haven’t done much yoga before, but the class is great for beginners. Sarah is really encouraging and helps everyone to push themselves to their own individual limits throughout. I thoroughly enjoy every session.

Her classes are welcoming and non competitive which helps to aid the feeling of positivity and… Read more »
