Online therapeutic yin yoga classes from a clinical health psychologist. Services are available to people across the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
I offer 1:1s and small group, live, online classes focusing on developing self compassion and a realistic home practice.
Most classes are 30 minutes with an additional 10 minutes at the end for those who want to ask questions. For everyone who attends a paid class at least once every 30 days, there is also free access to a private Facebook group for further discussion regarding the practice between classes.
I aim to support people to work towards a sustainable lifestyle and to apply what is learned in the yoga class to other areas of life. May be especially helpful for healthcare professionals and service workers, including yoga teachers of yang styles.
All levels welcome. You don't have to be flexible or have any prior yoga experience to join in. In fact, people who have usually done other forms of yoga with teachers who focus on a one-size fits all approach, often have a lot of unlearning to do in order to find what works for their unique body. I emphasise finding the pose based on how it feels in your body, not on how it looks.
