RESTORATIVE YOGA here are a few benefits of this wonderful practice. In Restorative yoga we practice receptive yoga not active yoga, in all postures which are performed on the floor the body is fully supported with bolsters, blocks, blankets belts and eye masks. The poses are held passively for 5 - 15mins.
