Experience the benefits a regular yoga practice can bring on both your physical and mental health and wellbeing.  I offer yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to intermediate with classes based in County Tyrone and Mid Ulster.  You will find me in Dungannon, Moneymore and from my bespoke home studio based in Clonoe, outside Coalisland.  I have specialist training in both Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal and Mum and Baby Yoga as well as a passion on how yoga can benefits athletes as part of a training regime to boost performance and prevent injury.
