I am Deyna Devi (Hirst); a Hatha Yoga Master and Senior teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals who has taught and studied extensively in the UK and India over 25 years.

Deyna recognises my Apara (material, ego) self and Devi was given by my Swami to acknowledge my Para (divine, pure) Self. We all, always and already, have both – our human challenge in the world we live is to balance both lightly through laughter and tears.

My myriad training embraces eclectic Hatha Yoga styles in Dru, Sivananada, Transformational, Iyengar and Nada Yoga plus Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and Meditation.

I am passionate about sharing knowledge and experiences gleaned from various Swamis (Masters) and have been training Yoga teachers in a holistic programme for 4 years now. I also run day and weekend workshops, professional / personal development courses and retreats in amazing places.
