Come and enjoy a good stretch, a challenge if you want one and breathe your stress away.
This is a mixed ability class with a sense of fun! Beginners always welcome. £7  per session with no need to pre pay.
I\'m a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and enjoy practicing and teaching a number of different styles.
