Dynamic yoga classes in friendly private studio in central Derby. Clare is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 25 years of yoga training. She has been teaching Ashtanga yoga in Derby for 18 years and teaches yoga as a therapeutic as well as fitness excercise. She enjoys involving herself in each students personal practise to help them develop at their pace and to their strengths and weaknesses.
