Vinyasa Flow is a fluid and dynamic practice that takes the discipline of traditional Yoga and sequences the ‘asanas’ (postures) to form a continuous flow. Practiced to music, Vinyasa Flow classes with Liz can be challenging, however modifications are always offered so that classes are accessible for everyone – including complete beginners!

Liz’s mantra is ‘Yoga for Holistic Health and Happiness’. It’s not just about working out, it’s about overall health and wellbeing: Body, Mind and Soul.

Liz is also a qualified ‘Mizan’ Practitioner (traditional reproductive healing) and is taking on new clients:
