Swap the traffic for a 45mins Yoga class. Find a sense of unity in this weekly class with a focus on postures, breathing and relaxation to release stress and strains, and realign your body, mind and emotions.

The fully qualified teacher, Annette Negus, has over 15 years of teaching experience and always keeps the sense of humour alive. 'Take it serious - but not solemn.' Also a member of FRYOG, Annette participates on regular development courses to keep her teaching practice up to date.

You are very welcome to give us a try and visit us in the tranquil setting of this beautiful hall.
