Gentle Yoga

Hi my name is Emma, I’m a qualified Yoga Alliance Teacher and through my own health issues, I have discovered how yoga can help improve and manage symptoms.

I offer a gentle class, suitable for everyone.

If you have been wanting to try Yoga but think you have too many health issues, arthritis, ME, Fibromyalgia, MS, CFS etc or you might think you’re not bendy enough. I adpat each Pose to suit you. I offer the use of chairs and other props if required. I believe Yoga should be for everyone. I will work with you to help improve any health issues or achieving any goals you may have. And guide you safely through each class.

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with classes designed to leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

Your first class is FREE and £8 per class after. All equipment is supplied, just wear comfortable clothing. Free parking. Any questions please get in touch.
