Heart of Living Yoga offers a heart-centred spiritual practice involving movement, breath, meditation and more accessible to all, regardless of beliefs or abilities. It is an invitation to allow consciousness to unite in the heart and simply be ourselves, complete and completely at home. Weekly classes are held in Wirksworth and Stanton-in-Peak. Regular workshops are also held in the area, often Matlock. One-to-one Yoga training or therapeutic sessions are customised to your needs at the time.

Vishwam is a Heart of Living Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, mindfulness teacher and bodyworker.
